WASSIM KUDMANI

Wassim has over 24 years of extensive experience in the structuring and restructuring of entities and businesses for clients in the Gulf and the broader Middle East region. Wassim has diverse experience advising major companies on a wide range of issues, including M&A transactions, legal due diligence, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, agency law issues, regulatory affairs, e-commerce, electronic transactions, privacy, data protection and other IT law-related issues. Wassim is also an experienced litigator with a complete understanding of the United Arab Emirate legal and judicial systems. He has drafted numerous court pleadings in complex civil and commercial matters.

RAYA AL HAFFAR

Raya has an extensive experience working for a prestigious legal and financial institutions. Before joining Bridgepoint Law as a partner in year 2025, She was the head of legal advisory unit at one of the Syrian leading banks, where she managed a wide spectrum of legal matters, including dispute resolution. She has significant expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, handling company incorporations, and assisting with major mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital increase transactions. She holds a Master’s degree with honour in Business Law from the Higher Institute of Business Administration (HIBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Damascus University.

FOUAD ALAMMASH

Fouad is an experienced legal professional with over 15 years of experience practicing commercial and civil law in Syria. He specializes in litigation and complex governmental matters, offering clients deep expertise and results driven approach. He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Damascus University and is known for his unwavering commitment to client interests and satisfaction. Fouad’s dedication, legal insight, and strategic problem solving have earned him a strong reputation within the legal community.

SAM KODMANI

Samer advises BridgePoint clients on corporate structure, financial and managerial corporate analysis, as well as situational analysis at macro level. He has over 21 years of experience before joining our firm working for international financial institutions, as well as management consulting in the UAE and the United States. Samer holds Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, UK.

KARAM BOUKAI

Karam brings a solid professional experience in the legal sector, with a wide-ranging expertise encompassing corporate law, civil law, criminal law, commercial law, intellectual property, and litigation. Karam is recognized for his in-depth understanding of both substantive and procedural law, which allows him to provide effective representation for clients before regulatory authorities and judicial courts alike.
Known for his meticulous approach and strategic thinking, Karam is committed to delivering tailored legal solutions that safeguard his clients’ interests and support their long-term business objectives. Karam holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Geomatika University in Malaysia, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al-Sham Private University in Syria.

REDA NAKSHBANDI

Reda is an attorney and court-certified expert with over 18 years of experience in oil, gas, and power infrastructure law. He has advised and represented major oil, exploration, drilling, and engineering companies, including United-Oil, Petro-Canada, and SADCOP. Specialized in crude oil contracts, BOT and PPP projects, and large-scale infrastructure developments, he combines strong academic credentials with practical industry expertise. He is the author crude oil contracts in Syria book and a lecturer in energy and infrastructure law in many local institutions. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic legal counsel across the oil, gas, and power sectors in Syria and the region.

Sima Abedrabboh

Sima Abedrabboh is a highly accomplished public policy and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in the MENA region, including a decade advising the UAE Cabinet on Public Policy, Regulatory Technology and Impact Assessment and Legislative Reform. Her expertise spans over governance, technology policies, regulatory affairs, and macro-government transformation, with a proven track record of developing national strategies and establishing new federal entities. Sima’s deep understanding of the public sector, coupled with her strong skills in international relations and diplomacy, enable her to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and driving impactful change in the GCC and middle east Regions. Prior to joining, She worked as a partner for the Middle East and Africa on government economic development and defense for Kearney.

Wael Albakhoukh

Wael is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and banking law. Over the course of his career, he has advised leading financial institutions and private companies on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on contract negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Since 2017, Wael has served as a Legal Advisor at Banque BEMO Saudi Fransi in Damascus, where he provided strategic legal guidance on banking regulations, corporate governance, and financial transactions. He plays an active role at BridgePoint Law in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and representing the firm in legal and regulatory proceedings.

Maysam Odeh

Maysam holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Humanities and Law from Damascus University. She has over five years of experience in the public sector, where she specialized in the issuance of official government documents and identification services. Following her public service, Maysam spent three years practicing law at a Damascus-based firm, focusing primarily on litigation and courtroom advocacy.

Dr. KAMAL MALAS

Legal Expert in Real Estate & Construction Disputes

Dr. Kamal Malas has over 35+ year of legal experience in engineering, construction, and real estate disputes. He has earned degrees: in both Civil Engineering and Law. He is an accredited structural engineer in Dubai municipality. Dr. Malas is accredited in many international arbitration centers. He has been a successful arbitrator and engineering expert in Dubai and United Arab Emirates courts. Dr. Malas has participated in more than 75 arbitration cases before the following bodies: UAE courts; Dubai courts; the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC); and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He has handled over 500 real estate and construction dispute cases in UAE and Dubai courts. Dr. Malas has extensive knowledge in engineering contract forms, including FIDIC forms of contracts.

BRYN G WISEMAN

Bryn has over 29 years of experience in all aspects of project management and planning on major construction and engineering contracts. In recent years, Bryn has utilized that experience in his capacities as Director of Navigant Global Construction Practice, Vice President of Hill International and Director of Quantex Consulting. Bryn started his own practice in 2004, where he started and/or led the provision of high-quality project management and delay analysis services in the UK and internationally.
